The S7 Consortium (Bexhill, BHASVIC, Collyer’s, Esher, Godalming, Reigate, Varndean and Woking) is a well-established partnership of leading Sixth Form Colleges committed to pursuing excellence through collaboration. Since 2002, S7 has grown into a dynamic network supporting the development of hundreds of staff annually through shared practice, innovation and professional learning.

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to become our next Director.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate the consortium’s strategic work
• Design and deliver impactful professional development programmes
• Work closely with Principals to drive improvement across member colleges
• Champion a culture of trust, collaboration and shared learning

This is a unique system leadership role, ideal for an experienced senior leader who thrives on partnership working and collective improvement.
